Our Convention

The Annual DRA Convention welcomes all of our member ranches and over 150 Dude Ranch Foundation members and vendors!

It is with great disappointment to say that the Dude Ranchers' Association's Board of Directors has decided to cancel the in-person 2021 DRA Convention and move to a virtual convention due to COVID-19 restrictions. This decision was made after much deliberation and discussion with the Arizona Public Health Department. 

We are currently putting a schedule together for multiple webinars next year including speakers, business sessions, exchanging of the President's buckle, and more! We will also be hosting a virtual auction and saddle raffle which will both be open to the public! All of the plans, details, and specifics will be available in the coming weeks. The DRA convention showcases numerous speakers and seminars related to the various aspects of the dude ranch industry such as hospitality, marketing, risk management, etc each year. There is a vendor show hosting products and services necessary for dude ranches. In addition, there are fun events, entertainment, and our wild annual fundraising auction.
