Trail Riding: Experience the stunning Wyoming wilderness on horseback, with guided trail rides that take you through picturesque landscapes, river meadows and mountain trails. Due to the mountainous terrain, our trail rides are “nose to tail, walk /trot”. The scenery is breathtaking!

4 Nights of Comfortable Lodging: Relax in our cozy historical log cabins, designed to make you feel right at home, with breathtaking views just outside your window. Extend your stay an extra ‘al-la-carte’ day (see below).

Delicious Meals: Enjoy 3 hearty and delicious meals each day, showcasing the best of Wyoming flavors and cuisine.

White Water Rafting Adventure: Feel the thrill as you tackle the rapids (2+) on a guided white-water rafting excursion, as well as scenic drifts through the canyons.

Cody Night Rodeo: Immerse yourself in authentic Western culture with an exciting night at the Cody Night Rodeo. We’d love to have your kids “ride for the brand” and try for a Buckle in the calf scramble. (12 and under) This event ends on August 31st; another activity will be scheduled.

Guided Day Trip to Yellowstone National Park: Explore one of the world’s most iconic natural wonders with a knowledgeable guide, showing you the park’s breathtaking beauty and wildlife.

Blue Ribbon Trout Fishing: Try your hand at fishing with easy access to some of the best trout fishing in the area (unguided, but simple and scenic!).

Hiking: Hit the trails and enjoy the spectacular Wyoming scenery, whether you’re seeking a casual stroll or a more challenging adventure.

Nightly Entertainment: Gather on the lodge’s main deck for music and fascinating Western history chats to wind down your day.

Campfire & S’mores: Each night, cozy up around the campfire and enjoy the crackling fire, starry skies, and the sweet treat of homemade s’mores.

Kids’ Programs & Games: Our youngest guests will have a blast with a variety of fun activities designed just for them, campfires & Smores each night, roping, star gazing with our scopes, identify wild animal tracks & cast their prints, and your little ones will love testing their skills at our BB gun range, a fun and safe activity for all ages.. including adults. Wifi is available in the main lodge 24 hours per day, as well as selected coverage in some cabins.

Since joining UXU Ranch in late 2024, Chef Romi has elevated ranch dining as a true highlight of your stay. Mornings begin with elevated Western breakfasts—farm-fresh eggs, sizzling bacon, golden pancakes, house-baked artisan breads, and scratch-made pastries prepared daily by our in-house pastry chef. It’s the kind of breakfast you linger over, coffee in hand, mountains all around. Dinner brings bold ranch tradition together with refined flavor. Slow-cooked Prime Rib carved to order, hand-cut Rib Eyes, Porterhouse pork chops, Roasted Garlic Lemon Chicken, and wild Alaskan Salmon—paired with buttery whipped potatoes, rich potato gratin, fire-grilled seasonal vegetables, and vibrant local asparagus. Every plate showcases fresh, organic, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Dine in our historic Main Lodge or outside beneath wide Wyoming skies. Cap the evening with curated wine selections or a handcrafted cocktail at the Bad Bear Bar. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are gladly accommodated with advance notice.

Enjoy the comfort and timeless charm of our historic log cabins, originally built in 1929 and thoughtfully preserved to reflect their authentic Western character. Each cabin features comfortable beds, private modern bathrooms, a mini fridge, and a peaceful outdoor deck perfect for morning coffee or quiet Wyoming sunsets. Accommodating 1 to 6 guests, these cabins provide a warm, inviting retreat after a full day of adventure on the trails. Rustic charm meets modern convenience, creating a stay that feels both nostalgic and effortlessly comfortable in the heart of the mountains.
