The hardest part of being a guest at Vista Verde is choosing what to do each day, and accepting you won’t be able to fit it all in. In all seasons there is a diverse offering ranging from highly active to more leisurely options. Push cows around in the cattle driving clinic or sit down and relax on a paddleboard at a high alpine lake? Burn enough calories on a backcountry ski to warrant two desserts at dinner or relax as the chef pours wines during the wine tasting? The choices are hard indeed!

Our Chefs excel at walking the line between ranchy and fancy. Whether they are preparing a cookout on the trail or a formal dinner in our inviting Lodge, the meals are freshly prepared by a talented crew who enjoy surprising our guests with interesting and tantalizing meals. Wine and beer are included in your stay and our Chefs offer a weekly cooking class and wine tasting as well.

The luxury cabins range from 1-4 bedrooms and come complete with locally made amenities, a variety of complimentary drinks and snacks, cozy robes, a fireplace or wood-burning stove, and a private hot tub on the deck. The three rooms in the Main Lodge provide a comfortable retreat with easy access to a fresh cup of coffee in the morning just downstairs. Daily maid service provided.
