We serve three delicious meals daily, all with a home-cooked, hearty western style. We make our selections from favorite family recipes, based on what’s in season, to ensure each meal is made with the freshest ingredients. Instead of à la carte dining you will enjoy our Chef’s Choice each evening. Breakfast and lunch offer a variety of options to suit all tastes. Be sure to share with us any special dietary needs or restrictions and we will accommodate them. Our Special Chuckwagon Breakfast will likely be the best breakfast you’ve ever tasted by a campfire.

Experience the Old West without losing any modern comforts in our 18 uniquely themed rooms, designed to represent the storefronts and buildings of a western town. All rooms are within easy walking distance of the saloon, pool, hot tub, and corral. Each room can sleep 2 to 4 guests.
