Chef Debbie’s talent is for building and blending succulent flavors while using only the finest fresh ingredients. Your health is a priority and Chef Debbie’s creations promise to deliver healthy meals with exquisite flavor for all, including those with the most distinguished palates. Chef Debbie will also prepare a customized meal plan for those guests with any dietary concerns. Let’s not forget that Debbie is also an extremely gifted baker. Her signature cakes, pies and cookies will leave you speechless and satisfied. Have a special occasion while you are with us? Let Debbie know and she will prepare a specialty cake or pie for your special festivity. All meals are prepared fresh daily as it is Debbie and Tim’s desire that your dining experience is a relaxing, enjoyable opportunity for you to reconnect with your loved ones around the table. We always have fresh lemonade, Infused waters, Iced Tea and plenty of healthy snacks for you to choose from. And we can’t forget our giant cookie jar filled with Tim’s Oatmeal Cookies, and our MBL Chocolate Chip Cookies just waiting for you to grab one – or maybe two!

The recently refurbished Lodge features vintage log walls, comfortable furnishings, a huge stone fireplace, and space for games, entertainment and Internet access. As many as thirty guests can enjoy all amenities and three delicious home-cooked meals are served daily each day in the Lodge dining room. Cozy cabins are rustic but welcoming and activities for young folks are offered for outdoor fun and arts and crafts. The timeless style of the west is reflected in the courteous and competent staff that help with all aspects of the Medicine Bow Lodge and Adventure Guest Ranch experience.
